Lobbies are Open with Masks Required
The lobbies in Emery branches are now open, but masks are required for entry into the building. You will be asked to temporarily lower your mask for identification when entering the branch.
No mask? No worries! Use our drive thru for assistance with your financial needs.
Please note that our lobby has limited occupancy in order to observe 6 feet of social distancing. You may be required to wait outside the branch until we are able to accommodate you inside. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Our mobile app and online banking platforms are available for 24/7 access to your account. You are able to view transactions, check balances, make payments, make deposits and more from the comfort of your home.
You are able to call into our local call center at 513.530.9351 for help with your account Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Our skilled team can help you with payments, account questions and more.
For 24/7 assistance with your credit and debit cards, please call the number on the back of your card for assistance and questions.
