Branch Operations

Our number one priority throughout this crisis has been keeping our employees and members safe. We’ve instituted some additional procedures to help make that a reality. 

Drive Thru Only Business

While Emery will remain open for members to conduct transactions in person, all transactions will be limited to the drive thru at each location.

We believe operating solely out of our drive thru will reduce the risk to members and employees. Please be patient during this time as you may experience a longer wait until you are served.

For business that requires a face-to-face meeting, we are able to accommodate you by appointment. You will need to wear a mask at your appointment. Please call 513.530.9351 to schedule a time that works for you. Otherwise, our lobby will be closed to the public.

Remote Services

Our mobile app and online banking platforms are available for 24/7 access to your account. You are able to view transactions, check balances, make payments, make deposits and more from the comfort of your home.

You are able to call into our local call center at 513.530.9351 for help with your account Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Our skilled team can help you with payments, account questions and more.

For 24/7 assistance with your credit and debit cards, please call the number on the back of your card for assistance and questions.

Member Assistance

We know this is an unprecedented time. We know you may be uneasy not just because of the virus, but because of further financial hardship. Emery stands by our values of Honor, Education, Attitude, Responsibility and Teamwork, especially now. That’s why we’re continuing to develop programs to help our members during this outbreak. If you have specific questions about your unique situation, please call us at 513.530.9351 option 7 to develop your custom plan. We’re here to listen to your concerns and help guide you through this difficult time in order to create a better tomorrow.

COVID-19 Emergency Relief Loan

We know you may need help making other payments. That’s why we’re offering members up to $2,500 for 24 months at 7.99% fixed APR. In addition, you have 90 days to make your first payment, and we’re waiving the application fee. These funds can be used however you choose.

New money only. APR based on a $2,500 loan at 24 months with a monthly payment of $114.58 and a final payment of $114.45. Loan subject to approval. Loan amount may vary based on credit worthiness. Limited time offer.

Small Business Assistance

We know business has been impacted for everyone in the state, which is especially difficult for a small business. As a local, community credit union, Emery wants to do everything we can to keep our community strong, which means helping our local businesses.
