Many years ago, I attended a seminar at your branch on Kemper Road. It was all about rebuilding credit. I had been working with one of your associates, Paula Ozolins, over the phone for a while and had the pleasure to meet her in person during this seminar.
During that time, and over the many subsequent years, Paula has guided me and encouraged me in the ways to make my credit better.
With her help, and the help of Emery FCU, I have been fortunate enough to make great changes in my financial stability.
I have recently established a mortgage for a new home, and today closed on a loan for a new vehicle to start my new job. None of this would have been possible without her help.
I wanted to reach out to you and let you know what an exceptional person she is, and a fantastic and irreplaceable asset to your company. She is absolutely, without a doubt, the gold standard by which all customer service representatives, and human beings in general, should be measured.
